It is important to be informed about this issue, because it is likely to be a topic of conversation during the election season when people get tired of talking about the economy, and how awkward Obama’s children are starting to look. Sometimes, in the yuppie world which I am surrounded by, I forget that the slow food movement is not universally applicable. Sometimes, people just want their potaters NOW. I need to go to the farmer’s market ASAP just to forget the site of that.
